Greenfield will be the next film released by Halo Films in WA.
Halo Films are proud to announce their next upcoming release, Greenfield will have its world premiere at the WA Made Film Festival, followed by a theatrical release at The Backlot Perth.
The film follows James, who returns to the small town of Greenfield to win back his former girlfriend, Kelly. Tensions soon explode when Kelly’s brother Michael tells James a volatile secret. A dark shadow unsettles Greenfield when this secret is revealed.
Greenfield is directed by Julius Telmer, produced by Daniel Tenni, Mikkel Skov and Robert Livings and stars Liam Graham, Ethan Tomas and Marthe Snorresdotter Rovik.

Filmed entirely in Merredin, Greenfield explores important themes of masculinity in crisis.
Ian Hale, Halo Films Managing Director, says the themes are difficult to approach, yet crucial.
“Toxic masculinity can have crippling effects on society, it’s time it was exposed and examined.”
Greenfield premieres at the WA Made Film Festival on Friday 12 March. The film will screen at The Backlot Perth from April 22 with further locations to follow. Tickets are now available for The Backlot screenings and can be purchased here.
